Mindfulness at Home and Work: is a valuable source of information on using mindfulness in relationships, at home, in the workplace and in business leadership.

Mindfulness exercises: This document has a number of mindfulness exercises that we use in our practice. Feel free to use them throughout the week. The exercises have been taken and adapted from work with Russ Harris and Louise Hayes plus other ACT specialists. Click here to access the PDF document.

Mindfulness on Radio NZ: In 2016 a groundbreaking academic study into mindfulness was published in Biological Psychiatry, bringing a scientific lens to mindfulness meditation.
